Fly fishing. What comes to your mind when you think about it? It's different for you and me, but I bet you we have a lot more in common than you may think.

I'm convinced that every single possible spot to fly fish is breathtakingly beautiful. You and I, we love to get out and experience the outdoors. We know that even when the fish aren't biting we still feel grateful to be surrounded by nature.

As much as I love where fly fishing takes place, nothing can beat the company. Whether you're fishing alone or with those individuals who are special to you, it's therapeutic.

As much fun as it is to hook into a fish within 5 minutes of finding a spot, I love the challenge that fly fishing can present. It takes a certain type of innovative ability. As my father puts it, "You have to think like the fish."

Speaking of my father, I wouldn't be the angler I am today without him. He's the reason I fly fish and now we share a passion for it. I genuinely hope you are thinking of someone while you read this.

Our biggest difference? I'm a lady angler. But our passion for fishing is what unites us. I love taking in the beauty of the outdoors. I enjoy fishing with the ones I love. It adds fuel to my fire whenever the fish aren't biting. We share this passion regardless of our gender.
